Directions to Waltham Main Office

We are located in the KeySpan Building at 52 Second Avenue in Waltham.

From I-95 (Route 128) North of Waltham
Take I-95 (Route 128) South to Exit 27B/Winter Street. Merge onto Winter Street, and travel through the first set of lights. At the next lights, take a sharp left following signs for Second Avenue. Immediately ease over to the right-most lane and take the first right onto Second Avenue.

From I-95 (Route 128) South of Waltham
Take I-95 (Route 128) North to Exit 27B/Winter Street. At the end of the ramp, take a right turn at the lights and cross the overpass, through the first set of lights. At the next lights, take a sharp left following signs for Second Avenue. Immediately ease over to the right-most lane and take the first right onto Second Avenue.

Parking
The parking garage occupies the lower floors of the building. Parking is available in designated KeySpan visitor parking spaces on the first upramp. Please enter the building through the lobby entrance on level P2 of the garage and check in at the security desk. 

Directions to West Roxbury Branch

We are located on the corner of LaGrange and Centre Streets, across from the Corrib Pub in West Roxbury.

From I-95 (Route 128) North or South
Take I-95 (Route 128) to Route 1 North (towards Dedham). Go North on Providence Highway (Rte. 1) for approximately 1.6 miles. At the rotary stay straight to remain on Providence Highway/VFW Parkway and continue for approximately 1.1 miles. Turn right onto Spring Street and follow for 8/10ths of a mile. Spring Street becomes Centre Street. Energy Credit Union is located on the corner of LaGrange and Centre Streets, across from the Corrib Pub.

To reset your PIN or password for Energy@Home, eStatements, The Energy Line or your ATM/debit card, please call Member Services at (781) 890-2222 or send an e-mail. Requests received by noon will be processed by the end of the business day. Requests received after noon will be processed on the next business day.
