Lost your Card? Forgot your PIN?
To reset your PIN, call Member Services at (781) 890-2222 or send an e-mail. Requests received by noon will be processed by the end of the business day. Requests received after noon will be processed on the next business day.
To report a lost or stolen card, call the card issuer directly at (800) 264-5578 or contact Member Services. |
