Lost your Card? Forgot your PIN?
To reset your PIN, call Member Services at (617) 325-1999 or send an e-mail. Requests received by noon will be processed by the end of the business day. Requests received after noon will be processed on the next business day.

To report a lost or stolen card, call the card issuer directly at (800) 264-5578 or contact Member Services.

Q: What is a mobile website?

A: Mobile website is one that is specifically formatted to be used with the browser of a smart phone. Cardholders using a smart phone will be redirected to the mobile site if you type www.moneypass.com into your browser on your phone. Or you can directly access the mobile site by typing mobile.moneypass.com into the browser.
 


Q: How can cardholders download the Mobile Application for iPhone?

A: Our iPhone application is available through the iTunes® App Store, where it can be downloaded for free. Simply search for MoneyPass!

Cardholders can also download the app by visiting www.moneypass.com and clicking on the button at the bottom of the locator.

 

Q: How can cardholders download the Mobile Application for an Android phone?

A: Our free Android application can be downloaded for free through the Android Market from the phone. Simply search for MoneyPass!

 

Q: What's the difference between Mobile Applications and Mobile Web?

A: With Mobile Web, the mobile phone's Web browser is used to find the nearest MoneyPass location. Our Mobile Applications, on the other hand, can be downloaded to the phone and provide a unique experience designed for the iPhone and iPod touch and Android phones.
