Benefits of Energy@Home

If you’re tired of postal rate increases, too busy to bank during banking hours, hate managing piles of statements and bills, or just dread the time consuming task of writing the same checks every month, sign up for Energy@Home, Energy Credit Union's Internet banking and bill paying service.
 

Getting Started

To access Energy@Home you must click on the link, accept the terms and then click on Sign Up. Once you complete that info your registration comes to the credit union for approval. Usually within 24 hours your account is approved and an email acknowledgement is returned to you along with your temporary password. If you have any problems please call the credit union at 617.325.1999.

After you log in with your initial password, follow the instructions to change your password for future visits. Before you begin, consult the Statement of Terms and Conditions, which describes your rights and responsibilities as a user.

Check the required browser settings to make sure your browser is compatible and supports 128-bit encryption.

How To Request Your PIN?

Forgot your PIN? Call us at (617) 325-1999 or send an e-mail, and we will reset your PIN. Requests received by noon will be processed by the end of the business day. Requests received after noon will be processed on the next business day.

Energy Credit Union is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of your online transactions. Energy@Home incorporates security features for safeguarding your accounts and the information you transmit during a session.

Energy@Home uses 128-bit Secured Socket Layer (SSL) strong encryption during your online sessions. Encryption is a sophisticated way of scrambling all information transmitted online before it leaves your computer, so that all information, including passwords and online bill payments, are completely unreadable by unauthorized third parties. No transactional information will be transmitted without first being encrypted.

Advanced Authentication for Home Banking

Energy Credit Union's new Home Banking System includes an Advanced Authentication security feature. The features and functions within Energy@Home remain the same, however, the way you login now includes Secret Image and Caption, Multi-Layer Security, and Challenge Questions.
 

Once you've signed up, never enter personal information, such as your password,

without seeing your personal security image first!
